4.Technical Configuration
1. Input frame is made of 14# U-steel, includes the input pipe, the guide miler, drag roller, press device etc, and is driven by cycloidal-pin gear speed reducer, and the electrical power is 3kw. 
2. HX319J fabric container is made of 2mm SUS304 stainless steel board, and the capacity is of 300 meters, with two 1” stainless steel sprinking pipe, it can spray two sides of the fabrics, and be satisfided with different craft.
3. HXM216A input roller is made of 12# U-steel, with two rubber roller of diameter 205mm, two octagonal roller, and is driven by cycloidal-pin gear speed reduce, and the electrical power is 3kw.
4. HXM218A rope-washing machine is made of 3mm SUS304 stainless steel board. The driving roller and the following roller of cold wshing tand is of 205mm diameter rubber roller, the driving roller of hot washing tank is of 205rhm diameter stainless steel roller and following roller is of rubber, roller press cylinder if ajustable. the water tank is divided into 6 parts, and adopts the backflow technique design shaped like an "S", so can consolidate the effect of washing also save the water. The backflow of tanks adopts Dn100 pipes, and be controlled by butterfly valve. The last three heat tank can backflow to the second clod tank. The heat tank is of 1” pneumatic film flap valve., auto temperature control. The two sets of HX958 rope-washing machine is of SUS316L material for high temperature washing.
5. HXM217A fabric falling roller is made of 12# U-steel, up roller is of 205mm diameter rubber roller, down rooler is of following rubber roller, press cylinder, is adjustable with a octagonal roller, ,and is driven by cycloidal-pin gear speed reduce, and the electrical power is 3kw.
6. The four doors' detachable electricity cabinet is the international standard one, which is beautiful and sturdy. French Schneider frequency convertor makes the debugging of the machine more convenient. A buzzer warning system can directly infrom If every part is work regularly. And every part of the machine use the hasty stop and auxiliary device to make the operation more humanbased and easy.
